Jamie van den Bergh Chief Executive Officer
As the CEO of Clarity Jamie oversees all aspects of the company's daily operations, product development and sales and marketing activities. With nearly 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Jamie previously served as Clarity’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing where he launched several groundbreaking products including ClarityLife, an innovative caregiver communications platform. Jamie joined Clarity in 2007. Previously, he held Director and Vice President positions at Motorola and Giant International. Jamie moved from Europe to the US to start Motorola’s OEM Energy Products business and went on to lead Marketing and International Operations for Motorola’s Consumer Products Division. As a member of the American Society on Aging‘s business forum, Jamie is working with its 5,000 plus members to improve the quality of life for older adults and their families. Away from the office, he is an avid triathlete, having completed in 12 ironman competitions. Jamie received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Canterbury and a Business Degree from the University of Bradford.

Mekeesha Matherley Director of Product Management
As the Director of Product Management for Clarity, Mekeesha is focused on understanding the communication needs of the disability community. Mekeesha has worked at Clarity since 2011. She oversees all aspects of product development from bringing products from concept all the way to market. She manages the manufacturing team in Asia and is also responsible for quality management. Mekeesha has a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and is certified in Operations Management from the California Institute of Technology. Her unique combination of technical abilities and communication skills has also allowed Mekeesha to serve in an account management capacity for several accounts, including the state of California, the state of Florida and the Canadian governments special needs group. Her goal is to use her years of manufacturing experience and knowledge to continue to develop products that help improve the lives of individuals with hearing loss. She enjoys traveling around the world and experiencing new places and things and has a soft spot in her heart for dogs, especially Siberian Huskies and Goldendoodles.
